Movement Matters
Every athlete needs to move — it’s that simple. But not all athletes move with the same quality, efficiency, or control.
My movement sessions are designed to build a strong foundation. We start with proper mechanics, breaking down the key principles behind linear speed, change of direction, agility, and maneuverability. It’s about moving the right way before moving fast.
Once the fundamentals are in place, we progress to speed development through carefully selected drills. These include varying levels of plyometrics and resistance band work to challenge the body and enhance performance.
Better movement leads to better performance.
The safer and more efficiently an athlete can move, the greater their potential for success.
