Fully Integrated Performance Sessions

These sessions combine movement training and strength development into one powerful 60–90-minute workout.

Each session begins with a comprehensive Active Dynamic Warm-Up (ADW) to prime the body for peak performance. From there, we focus on the day’s specific movement objective — whether it’s speed, agility, or change of direction. After movement work, we transition into the weight room for a customized strength session aligned with each athlete’s program.

These sessions are built to prepare athletes for the next level of competition — whether you’re a high school athlete aiming for college, or a collegiate athlete training for the pros.
